Just thought I would share some pics from my 78 mile off the paved road trip in the excursion this weekend at Mount Baker in WA.

We did not do anything real extreme and had no issues with the excursion at all and the views were well worth the drive and fir the entire day we did not see one other person. Just thought I would share some pics.
Great Pics thanks for sharing. I grew up in the Seattle area, it is always nice to see pictures of the great scenery. Looks like great weather for the end of September too!

Just moved here from NC in July Its been sunny everyday but 2. Dont know why everyone says it rains all the time. This area is very diffrent then KY, NC and AL where I have lived before so far I like it except for the traffic.

I've lived in Tacoma for over 5 years now and there are a couple months per year that are decent weather. Just wait till November or so through May. I can't wait to get home and move to Ft. Hood, TX. I'm so tired of being cold and wet. There are never any real thunderstorms, it's just a soul numbing, neverending mild rain. It sucks.
ive lived in the fraser valley canada just north of mount baker most of my life. i love being surrounded by the mountains and the 2 predominant mountains were baker and cheam! beautiful scenery and pictures makes me miss it!
Great country! After living in the MidWest for a dozen years I am very happy to be back out in the Pacific NW. I will put up with a little gray and rain in the winters for the summers and fall. In the MidWest it was a nice spring after the snow left, then a humid summer with severe weather potential, then a decent fall and then snow and freezing rain in the winter with every tree looking like it was dead.....
I will take the rain and the green trees every day!
Continue to enjoy the country in your Excursion, they are great rigs. I enjoyed mine for over 175,000 mile before moving back to a CC F250.

I lived it Portland Or and saw it rain 32 days in a row once.
Here in Washougal Washington (40 min. East of Portland) we get the same rain as Portland but double the density caused form the cloud compression of the mountains. But fortunately I live 1200 ft higher than Portland so we get snow a lot instead of rain.
Awesome scenary. Reminds me of a trip from MT, thru Canada and back down through your neck of the woods. Looking at your EX I must agree, some pics of the Ex would be awesome.
