Fleetside Blade / Contour bumper brackets
Does any one have a source for NOS/USED/RePop rear standard (not step) bumper brackets?
Are ther any interchangeable parts or are they simple enough that I could have them made?

The bumper you describe, is this the style that looks like the front bumper. I've seen it on alot of rodded out Ford trucks and I really like that look. I would like to know a source for the bumper and brackets as well.

Yes that is the one I'm talking about. Several Suppliers carry the bumper although not a "made from original tooling" one yet.
D-C for one, maybe Motorhaven.

I was able to find repro bumpers from catalogers, but ended up getting the brackets from a junkyard and refurbishing them. Pretty sure no one makes these yet. They are not very complex. A clever enough fella could make some...

i looked into the reproduction of those brackets and it is very expensive. they have to be made on a press instead of a brake, requiring dies etc. the brackets have some rounded corners. that is why they are not being reproduced. jim
