External oil filter system

Was looking for coolant filters today for the truck and ran across Sinisters external oil filter system...Had similar system on the 7.3 loved it....Was wondering if anyone was running this system on their 6.0????? Was concerned because usually one of the major questions on here is "Are you running stock oil filter cap or after market"

I think the big plan with external/bypass filter systems it to keep the oil cleaner longer and extend oil changes. The injectors on the 6.0 shear the oils viscosity down so quickly the extended oil changes just aren't a good idea so there's no big benefit. If you just like the idea though I don't think it's going to hurt anything.
