I am just getting into my f2 restoration. I know I will need new parts and I also want to do the 12 volt conversion.
What would nice would be a kit that someone sells with all the needed parts (that is ideal). Since I need to get a lot of these things anyway might as well upgrade to 12 volt at the same time. I will settle for a list of parts (do you guys have something like this?)
Anyone know where I can order this kit today?
I know it is a new battery, coil, distributor?, what else?
I am still waiting on my NPD catalog (I have my fingers crossed this conversion kit is in that catalog).
Do these 12 volt parts usually do negative ground too?
I looked on macautoparts and it's funny they have some conversion parts and some 12 volt and some 6 volt parts. Is one way easier than the other as you keep and maintain these trucks?
