I don't seem to see much talk about the new as in 2011 2012 FORD 6.2 L in the F-250 or the F-350. I'm considering replacing my 2000 SD V10 4x4 and wondering if the 6.2 will be a better or a worse performer when it comes to hauling my Eagle Cap 950 Slide in Camper, its about 3100 pounds dry weight.

Any one care to talk about he performance of the 6.2 L V8. And yes I know the the 6.7 L Diesel would be awesome....I just have not convinced myself that the extra cost of the 6.7 and price of Diesel is justifiable.

Im very impressed with what I've seen.


Do a search of the Ohio truck meets. Silverbullet's 6.2 F350 faired extremely well in the real world testing from that.
