Dashboard repair

I am repairing some damage done from a previous owner to the dash of my 1975 ford f100. It is the black plastic that goes around the gauges. Not the guages themselves. Does anyone know if they are plastic, ABS, PVC, or some other material?

The black bezel is ABS. When I cut mine up for modifications I made to it I used a old soldering iron and scrap pieces of ABS and plastic welded it. I use ABS cement from Lowes or homedepot too sometimes.
