HELP! 6.0 powerstrokes down!

Aight guys.... yesterday i took my truck and it did fine, after i got back home i then had literally had the truck off for 30 seconds and when i pulllled out of the driveway i punched it... got maybe 400it feet and lost all power, truck started surging and wouldnt go but like 3mph i then cut it off and white smoke came out from under the hood. I checked my head gaskets, turbo, everything noothing seemed wrong with it. After about 30 minutes i crunk the truck back up and it ran fine like nothing ever happened? My truck is a 07 F250 with only 87,000 miles. Its all original with no mods except lift kit and tires

Do you have gauges like scan gauge II or some equivalent like edge insight? Gonna need more info to point you in the right direction.

Wonder if it puked some coolant out onto the exhaust manafold
so hows the Coolant leval????any oil in it???

So you have to let it sit 30minutes before it would start and run again???

How Did you check the HeadGaskets??? Very Very Rare a HeadGasket would leak Externaly
So did you do a Compression Check for HeadGaskets???

Most auto parts store will scan for Codes Free

You need some gauges I use my ScanGaugeII and it works Great around $$150.00$$ from AutoZone or Here

ScanGauge - Trip Computer + Digitial Gauges + ScanTools

You want the SGII Unit not any others
