Yes and no
Yes they will drop in and bolt down
No they will not run correctly with with a chip being tuned for split shots.
94.5-97 are AA injectors single shots
99-03 are AB and AD injectors split shots
My take on them is that they will give you more fuel and a little quieter running truck but if you have to change the HPOP to a 17* (Split shots take more high pressure oil than our AA code single shots do) in order to run them, it ends up being a pretty expensive "free" upgrade. I don't know if they will run well on a 15* HPOP (SD trucks have a 17* HPOP that flows more oil) or not, that's why I ask.
Singles are better for big power because they don't use as much HPO, which is why the SD guys go to big single shots when they want to up the power levels.
The 1997 Cali model is 120cc split shots with a 15* hpop isnt it?
I've been reading a lot in the SD 7.3l section (just because there was a good thread) on stage I and II's and it sounds like hpo isnt a big issue when going with bigger injectors until you get into the hybrid range.
I've also been reading up on these injectors as I'm working on a SD soon. Serious oil hogs. Joey said his T500 usually supports 140cc splits with a chip, but depends on condition. Sounds like it's pretty maxed out with them and a good chip. I'm going with an SRP1 pump, beans chip, and rebuilt stock 140cc's all from Jim.

The SD normally don't have a issues with HPO cause the have a 17* hopo
