By address yes, but the preference by the higher ups is to only belong to one state chapter, so they want you to only belong to either the state you reside or the one that you spend all your time in. I have no issue letting you join, it is from above me that is the issue. Otherwise, sign on up and I will get you approved.

yeah right and i'm not a new guy look at my posts. i just changed chapters is all. i'm still the same ford ranger and the same jack. seeing how i live on the nebraska side of iowa i should get my own chapter.haha!
