High altitude timing

So where should I set the timing on my 460 if I live at 8000 feet? Also, I'm not exactly sure how the distributor should be lined up. Is TDC at 0 degrees or at the bigger line that is closer to 5 degrees? Where should I have the timing sitting when I drop the distributor in at the #1 position?
Thanks

Leave it at 10* BTDC. The computer will make any necessary compensations for altitude.

Yup nice thing about EFI, automatically compensates for altitude changes via its barometer.

So drop the distributer in at TDC (timing mark 0) and then set the timing at 10 BTDC once I get it going? What's that other line that's on both sides of the scale at about 5 ATDC?
Thanks for the info...

I lived at 7700' and played with my timing once. It pinged at hard throttle at 13* base timing...so it doesn't need to be changed over low altitude. Its now somewhere under 11* so it doesn't ping.
