I've got around 672,000 km on my 7.3 if that makes you feel any better about your low mileage.
As stated before, gas is bad. It's low on lubricity and hard on the injectors. 2 stroke is a great additive for lubricity, just be sure to use the ashless type of 2 stroke.
If you're going to be towing, I'd look into a shift kit or upgraded valve body and adding an auxillary transmission cooler. Other mods will be up to you.

She has been used as a 5th wheel hauler all it's life and the previous owner had a bigger rig than ours. it has the trailer towing gear needed.
