bozon, I have bad news, your clutches and bands are fried. The good news is that with a good manual, a few tools and guts you can rebuild your own transmission. steve83 has given you four great websites to checkout, I also suggest www.usatransdoctor.com. Check out your local Vo-tech for a transmission overhaul class, that is how I got started, it helps to have someone coach you through your first rebuild. Good luck
