Interior Hand Grabs

I need help finding a source for interior hand grabs that mount either on the windsheild post or over the doors for a 1993 E-250 Econoline Van. They need to be heavy duty because I am a big man.

Anything you will find will have to be adapted to work in your van. Explorers has then and can be adapted
