Here's my F100 story; Got a 79 F100 Custom that Mom & Dad bought for me when I was a Jr. in high school, that was '87. Drove it regularly up until about 4 yrs ago when the years caught up to it and it was no longer a reliable daily driver. Had a couple F150s along the way too (89 & 93) but the 79 was like a part of me. I had recently considered selling it to free up garage space for a T-bird drag car project I have started, but that would be like selling an arm or leg, I can't imagine someone else with my truck, SO, the Bird is going away and the 79 will become the drag project. Checking out a warmed up 351W this weekend to replace the tired 302. I'm sure I will have some suspension setup questions (droppedf100 I'm looking at you) and other stuff, but I will try not to tread on well trampled ground. Enough rambling for now.

Welcome to FTE. There are a lot of good, knowledgeable people here more than willing to answer any questions you might have.
