Sorry for the newbie question but what the heck is that?
I suppose is some kind of report? (based on what people are talking about).
Is that something I can buy?
Is that for any Ford truck?

It is a report that the dealer runs for information on the vehicle for as built data,in service date,manufacture date,repair info,recalls,all warranty repair history.
I think that sums it up.ran lots of those over the years.FUN times.
