nothing changes in my world .....
here it is 2 days before the mother road and my ugly old 52 customline was gonna be the filling for my still apart beloved bessie .... well i'm gonna be thrashing my butt off thursday after work , and friday am as after dropping the trans i found a few issues in the bellhousing that required ordering parts from dinosaur .com and it's still sitting there apart . the throwout bearing was literally fused in place on the part that it rides on , the clip that holds the clutch fork in place ( c'mon ford that was a crappy idea !!!) broke so the bearing took a huge beating . why do i seem to always wait too the last minute ???????????
but anyway's if any of you are gonna be there try to look me up . i'll be the ugly little gorrilla with the rough looking 52 customline in light green with the for sale sign in it . stu i'll see you i imagine , and jeff pro;;y you too and twise , just be prepared for the two granddaughters that will be there they are quite talkative .... one of 'em is my lil" red headed assistant to whom the 53 will ber going too one day , reese and the other will be dizzy izzy . see ya's

At least it sounds like you'll get it there under its own power, Kevin. Mine would need 50 baskets to get there. For those who don't know, this weekend is the Route 66 Mother Road Festival in Springfield. Hope the weather holds for it, and probably see you there Kevin. Stu
