If its been asked a thousand times, it will show up in a search and you'll have your answer in like 10 seconds... thats got to be faster than asking and waiting for responses...

Many people just take the old one and make a copy out of 2/0 or 3/0 welding cable.

I've seen it pop up from time to time. There is a whimsical magical place called McFadden Dale Hardware who carries every single piece of metal plastic rubber wood or anything else ever concocted by man. (Or so it would seem!) I have never visited their online store, but the flagship store here in Anaheim, CA sells crimping terminals and cable and 90's and everything else you would need to make your own in any size wire gauge. You might try there.

i haven't seen it either, but when i need one, i'll likely carry mine into my local parts store and have them make it for me, possibly with a couple extra ends to meet my needs.
that said, the one from oreillys looks about right
