Stock wheels
I have a two-tone paint 1966 Custom Cab. Should the tock steel wheels be painted the same color white as the body or was there another white that was used???? What do you "guys" thinK?????

Color-keyed wheels were an option in '64. I don't know about '66's for sure, but given Ford's long-standing history of having offered that option across lines, I'd guess that that option was avail. on the '66's as well.

I haven't seen them all, but I've never seen a two-tone '66 with wheels painted other than Wimbledon white. However, the '66 Ford-Mercury Truck brochure shows a 1/2 ton 4x4 with one black wheel and a 250 Camper Special with black wheels with white rings. I think the latter is actually a '65 with a '66 grille airbrushed in for the brochure.
