Well all, It sure has been pretty quiet qround my place lately. Traded the Bronco a couple weks ago so my wife could have a car to drive. We didnt want any car payments, so I couldnt buy her a new one. I sure do miss the sound of that 351C idling in my carport. I have started to look around for another FORD project truck. For the time being I am doing without a Ford in the family.
I can understand. If I had a choice between having my SWEET '02 Ranger 4x4 OR my wife having new, safe transportation, the Ranger would have to go. I guess its time to thank God for my blessings!
I think I'd have told my wife/girlfriend that I'd bring her to work lol. I'd probably get a second job and tell her to stay home, that's how much I'd hate to be without a truck. It's my favorite thing that I own, and even when the gf is mad my truck is always there to console me........................is this kind of relationship with an inanimate object healthy? lol
BTW sorry to hear your down on your luck, not to pry but what's wrong?
I don't know what I'd do if I had to be without a Ford in my family. I've never had that happen!
One thing, though - it's great that you gave up your Bronco for your wife - you must really love her a lot, and that is GREAT to see that these days. I hope your luck improves, so you can go out there and get another Ford truck.

My baby just got loaded on a wrecker and drug to the impound lot. I hate being poor. At least the Silverado is paid for. Ain't nobody taking that truck. I want to be buried at sea in that thing.
