And like a gremlin hand flipped a light switch... everything is working again.
I dug, and poked, and looked, and shuffled wires, nd checked grounds...
I found 1 ground right in front of the drivers side battery that i had not buttoned up yet... (thats also where my horn was mounted)
Remounted the horn... it works.
I had just pulled up napa website and had the vss on screen to show the parts guy when i got up there... got in the truck to go into town and poof! I have speedo, overdrive, and cruise again.
Also silly coned the crap out of my roof marker lights.
Llama llama llama llama no more leaks... (chanting)
So...
Case closed.
