I just trudged through 250 posts here, but was glad to find out that what I'm looking for is a passenger door, part # C1TZ-8120124U. According to our most precious resource, the Number Man, It's the part number for every 1961/66 F100/1100 (except Uni's) and 1967/69 F800/1000's.
I AM grateful!
I'm learning that i'm most likely to find parts for my '65 Flareside short bed at a Salvage yard. My question is which ones should I try? Who do you like dealing with? Is the same yard likely to have shift rods?

If you lived here in LA LA Land, instead of in MD, you could whiz down Alameda St. to a long time truck dismantlers yard, take your pic of about a dozen 1961/66 C1TZ-U right doors. Heck, you might even find one that's the correct color.
I'm a five minute walk from saltwater, in a suburb of Annapolis, Maryland, where junkers just burn through the shift rods to get a steering column out of a wreck.

Maybe one of your Maryland neighbors will chime in with some help.

These doors may look the same from the outside, but, not all have the two position door stops. These doors have extra ribbing (covered up by custom cab plastic) but visible on standard cab trucks.
Hinges did not come with door shells, furnished separately. 1964 was the first year for the two position door check, OP has a 1965. OP didn't mention if hinges were required.
If 1964/66 right lower hinge required (comes with door check), 4 available NOS if used door OP buys doesn't have it.
