putting my doors together and can't seem to locate this part (circled in red). Can anyone identify and/or tell me if they're a repop item? I fear there's a possibility someone in my family has thrown it away thinking g it was trash. Time to change the locks on the garage.

According to the 1964-72 Ford Truck Master Parts Catalog, your part is called a Retainer, Front Door Glass Run Latch Side. There are part numbers for left and right doors. Right: C1TZ 81222A00 -A. Left: C1TZ 81222A01 - A. Also required: Screw and washer, pan head, cross recess 1/4" - 20 x 1/2", qty: 6. I don't remember seeing any in my parts catalogs, but then I wasn't looking for them. The good news is that they should be in junk yard doors from 1961 - 66 so you have a wider field to select from that just two years. Good luck!

^ The good news is, there are 79 NOS right sides and 11 NOS left sides available. So why go thru the trouble of tearing doors apart in junkyards, only to find that the part may have rusted out? ^

Did'ja notice the applications? The little charmers were used in far more than just 1961/66 F Series trucks. The 1963/69 N/NT/T series trucks use the same cab as 1961/66 F series, ditto 1967/69 F800/1000's.

Are you sure the parts are missing? They may still be in the doors. Look at the door faces for 2 phillips screws about 10"' apart.
I don't see it listed in DC's 1957/66 truck repro parts catalog (It's shown in a pic on page 102, but there's no part number for either side). Don't have this DC catalog? Call 800-476-9653 and order it...it's free.
