Question/observation, didnt DP start out with the rotary 6 pos ****? Then switched to the digital readout folks like. Other tuners have stayed with the 6 pos rotary switch. Did DP create the digital read out and have some sort of patent on it or something? Do they manufacture these parts in house? It just seems to me that with all the electronic stuff that is out there on the market that these would be some sort of off the shelf parts you could find somewhere so that all the tuners could use the digital readout if they so choose. Or is there a reason they choose not too? Is there some inherent problem with the digital readout? Inquiring minds want to know.
