A single 5/8" bolt can hold up an X.
And there you have it folks. The smart car is at least as strong as a 5/8" bolt.
And good point about how it's placed and balanced. If it were dropped from a few feet onto the car, I would imagine the results would be different. You know that mounting frame under the Ex as designed to spread the load in the most ideal manner.
