Almost Done

It's been 6 years since I began this project and it's been a lot of fun and quite a learning experience. I took it for a spin on Sunday and it's hard to explain how good over 400hp sound through a couple of glass packs.

4-link has done away with any wheel-hop and a tank of gas over the wheels helps with traction.

Thanks, I caught a lot of flak from "friends" when I told them I was going to paint it yellow.

No, according to door plate, it was candy apple red from the factory. However, it had a turquoise bed, blue doors, and a red hood when I got it. So I went with yellow, screw it. It does look pretty docile until you fire it up

Hey Tim, I'm toying with the idea of taking it to the car show over there at the Birdville IDS Parking Lot Saturday evening. Starts around 7:00 and goes till 9:00. Grab your lawn chairs and join up with us.
