Anyone gonna be at the rod runs in pigeon forge,tenn?

 

Most of us guys in here go to the RRE event in that area.
Though, I do love rod runs.

Someday I'll build one.

Thinking about doing it with a Mercede's chassie and diesel giving me a 4wd comfort soft diesel ride with **** tons of horse power and more electronics than I can shake a fist at.

Oh, and whisper quiet.

 

Yea I think there some pretty cool stuff up there. a buddys got a Olds cutlass we take.

And by rod runs im assuming you mean rat rods aka taking any old car and making it crazy fast?

Im picturing those kit cars you see so often with huge rear tires.. small front ones.. and an engine that has no cover.
