brake load proportioning valve
i have a 1986 f250 xl extended cab dually with a 7.5l 460 engine. the brake load proportioning valve started leaking and needs to be replaced. as it turns out ford has discontinued the part and i can't seem to get a hold of one through auto part stores or salvage yards. i am trying this site optimistically..... so can anyone help in any way?

brake load proportioning valve
I have the same proportioning valve on my truck too. Good luck finding parts for it. It took me nearly 2 weeks on the phone just to find the flex brake line. Your best option might be to somehow bypass and remove the system from the rear differential.
