5.8 wont fire

I have a1988 f250 with a 5.8 and I'm getting power go my Igt coil on the white wire but I'm not getting anything out. It has two green wires on the left I don't know if there disposed go have anypower on them or not.

Yes they should.
Sounds like you have a corroded plug on the Ignition Coil. Unplug the coil and clean the plug both sides and snap it back on and see if your truck runs now.
