steering stabilizer question
Hey guys,, I haven't been on in a while but I have another question. 2005 F250 power stroke. When I got the truck, I believe it had a leveling kit on it,, it had a 2.5" spacer on top of the front coils and a small block in the rear. Later I had it raised maybe 5 -6 " by a professional shop with longer coils and again a bigger block in rear. Now, this time they took my bigger spacer out the top of the coil and used a newer maybe 1". so after they told me they could go no higher with my truck I decided to do it myself. I took the 1" spacer out and installed the 2.5" back in and again a bigger block. All is well now with my 8-9" lift except with certain bumps the front will shake, or I should say "shimmy". i suppose it cause I don't have any steering stabilizers installed. So the question is, what type do you guys like and where do I get them. The shop I used didn't install any in the beginning. Maybe it wasnt' lifted enough or they just didn't do it,, thanks for your help. hope to hear back from you,, Herb.
