Middle speed vibration
I have a 2ws 77 f150 supercab with a 400 and c4auto. So last weekend the fam and I went on a little camping trip and we took our tent trailer. On the way back to town (it was about 200 mi each way) I noticed that i was getting a vibration from about 30mph to about 45-50 mph while going through some small towns. Driving it this weekend unloaded and not towing its still doing the same thing.
My question is what could the issue be? I checked the U joint in the driveline and it looks good. It doesnt feel or act like a carb problem but i am not ruling it out. Tires are balanced and the motor seems to run the same at idle and at higher RPMs in the driveway.
Any ideas?
