It was announced in Automotive News today that Ford will spend nearly $200 million at the Romeo engine plant. These upgrades will allow it to build a 3-valve version of the 4.6, slated (at first) for the new F-150. Unfortunately, that's all the information I could get- I'll let you know if any more detail is announced.
