95 Ford Exhaust
I am looking to replace my original exhaust with headers and a dual exhaust system. I am concerned with the o2 sensor and am looking for a set of headers that will fit my truck(95 F-150 4WD supercab, 5.0 liter)If someone has done the same to there truck let me know what brand headers you used, possibly a part # or if you know a brand that makes headers for this truck I would appreciate it.

I went with 5.0 Mustang headers on mine, I had to get a different Y-pipe made though, since the truck manifolds and 5.0 headers don't line up. I chose those over direct fits as I have a 2.5" Y-pipe now instead of a 2" factory one.

95 Ford Exhaust
I have a 95 as well, and the exhaust looks pretty bad. This fall or next spring I plan on replacing it. I was going to leave the stock manifolds, but open up the rest of the exhaust. Bassani makes a Y-Pipe and Cat combination (501503) that looks promising as a stock replacement. I have not decided on the cat back system but those model numbers will depend on your trucks config Regular Cab, Super Cab and ShortBed, LongBed.
