new here with an idi
hey yall im new here been on psn and psa and ob for awhile just not that active but ive been seeing alot of news about two idis that are pushing some high hp ..... i guess where im getting at is that i have a nother 7.3 factory turbo with 98k miles and im thinking about maybe upgrading a few thing like cam, turbo , pump and injectors nothing to major but something to where if i wana give a psd a run for it money i can instead of being the slow turd at the red light .... any info would be great thanks yall

You found the right place... NMB2 is one of the guys you mentioned and RacinNdrummin is the other. Do you have an overall power goal in mind other than just giving a PSD a run for its money and what is your budget? Your budget will be the limit of how far you can go. The more you throw at it, the faster you will go. 
IMO it is relatively cheap to mod these beasts even in comparison to a PSD other than the fact that they can just plug in a chip. After that, they are spending money for any real power.

You will definitely want that cam for sure. Along with that cam, you'll need Comp Cams 910 valve springs as well. They run about $85. After that at a minimum, you will need a Db4 IP from RacinNdrummin and some injectors as well. I know NMB2 does injectors. Idk if Racin does though. You will also need a better turbo as well. And if you feel like it, a full build but IMO that isn't a necessity at the power levels you are looking at.
