Unhappy 2005 6.0 no start

My 2005 6.0 had the egr cooler go bad and I replaced it with a n oem unit. The truck was down for 4 months. It has no codes. It cranks but will not start. It has 1345 psi Icp. Passed Koeo test. what am I missing. I drove it in the shop running rough but it would run then.

Make sure the batteries are up. Every time mine has a no start lately it fires up as soon as you put a battery charger on it. Both batteries show at or just below 12 and that still isn't good enough.

Injectors click like normal. Ficm voltages are 48 on the scan tool. It ran perfect until the egr
cooler went . It was driven 10 miles home and pulled in the shop. The engine was loading up as it idle into the shop. It hasn't started since.

It has new fuel filters. Yes there is fuel in the bowl. If you crack the return line there is fuel. It has new batteries with ample voltage. It cranks faster than 150 rpm. I have had a Snap-on Solus scan tool monitoring it I know that I have to charge the batteries after each session. It puffs smoke and hits on about 3 cyls. It almost started, then I melted the starter down cranking it for longer than 10 sec. intervals. It is aggravating. I have worked on more than a few of these, but never had this kind of trouble.

Do ALL EIGHT injectors buzz/click when you run a KOEO injector buzz test?

Syncs are good. I may have to borrow a gauge that reads that high pressure oil.
All injectors buzz and click. I put a new starter on it and it cranks about 300 to 350 rpm's.
I may get a Known good sensor and try that. It is puffing a little out the tail pipe and seems like it almost is about to start. I really do appreciate all the help so far I have got from you guys.

Wow, that sure is cranking awfully fast. Does this engine have good compression?

I don't have an answer for your problem, but I'll be reading the info because mine wouldn't start today either. Cranks over, almost starts, puffs a bit of smoke and then just turns over. Wait awhile and crank it again it almost starts but then back to cranking again. Just had it towed to the Ford truck service center to find out how much this will cost. I am just about at the end of my patience with this 6.0L it's been on the hook one too many times. Looking at the 6.2L for the next one.

ficm replaced

Just got my 6.0L back from the shop and they said the FICM was bad. Cost $1,050 to get it out of the shop but at least it runs for now.
