Should I buy this beautiful truck?
LIFTED 1998 FORD F250 4x4 - RARE rust free and he has already dropped his price too 5300 with out me asking. I figure there is almost 5000 in wheels tires and lift so is it worth it as a daily driver?

No. I'd hate to have to pay for the gas "as a daily driver".
140,000 miles, 15 years old & Indiana add up to not being "worth it as a daily driver". Maybe if you had genuine frequent need of an F250's capacity. otherwise it looks like an expensive toy in a crumbling, down turn market.

How much will the loan & required extra insurance add to the cost?
Get the impression you have a job that's getting to buy a beautiful loan.
It's always been worth it to me to save & get beautiful cash buys.
Haggling from $5300 asking price, before you look at it, to $5250 w/rusty door bottoms confirms you "know it will be expensive".
