I have a 94 F150 recently purchased. 160,000 miles
My horn/airbag/cruise control dont work.
I took off the air bag and reconnected the battery,
but there is no power to the wires. I dont want to mess
up and have the air bag go off w/out reason but I
would like a horn and cruise control. Please advise.

Check the fuse.

90% of the time a new clockspring will cure this problem. There should be plenty of information on this subject. Use search.

 

you were right, the tape is disconnected from the rotator
