I've had the weathertechs before, but Husky has a digital liner that looks like it's made out of rubber instead of hard plastic, and is $10.00 cheaper than the weathertechs...Anybody got a set of those, and are they as fantastic as they look?
I have them and the fit is perfect. I would not say they are made out of rubber, it does feel more like hard plastic. Maybe it's the way they are molded. I bought the Husky's based on price only. Everyone here will say one or the other but those seem to be the 2 most popular one's. I have not heard anything bad about either one on FTE either.
I put the weathertech's on primarily because they were no drill. Took about 15 minutes total to do front and rears. Super easy, looks great. Got mine off eBay and save about 30 bucks.
Can't say anything bad about the Husky ones though as I didn't try them.

I have 5 year old Husky liners in my Mercury Montego, the only problem I have is over time they've shrunk and no longer fit properly, other than that they have worn very little. My wife normally drives this car and she keeps pushing them up further under the pedals; I'm afraid the accelerator pedal might get caught on the liner and I plan on keeping this car a while longer so I'm going to replace the Husky's with Weathertech to see how well they hold up.
Husky liners here, front and back.
Really like them.
A friend has Weather techs in his off brand. Nice mats!
In the grand scheme... $10 isnt much. Get which ever you think looks best and will serve your needs best.
No, ten bucks isn't much, you are correct. I just paid cash for my truck though, so I'll save $10.00 wherever I can save $10.00. I was just wondering if anyone was running the x-act contours...I see one guy is, and that they are not rubber. I'll keep looking as I prefer rubber ones, like the stock ones that came with my F250. Those were pretty good, too.
