Nate, that is the factory piece as far as I know. That is what mine has on it.

i got these a few years ago to use for vents and on the snow blowers and other small engines.

I just bought a new rear vent breather fitting from here

QU20254 Axle Vent Fitting for Ford Dana 80 Rear Axles

Name: NBFsZ.jpg Views: 1340 Size: 14.7 KB

Fits my 1995 F150 4x4 with the 8.8 rear

I figured I would post this to make some others lives a bit easier when trying to find this part.
