no no no, Its in a State of Disrepair! 
It doesn't look to bad, Hey it's been covered by a tarp all those years so it's still in great shape, just needs a battery and some air

state of repair?
Air conditioner in window, some area that does not need central air but just cooling in bedroom for a few nights. Can anyone identify the trees?
