Torque on Hellwig End Links?

Torque on Hellwig End Links?
Hi all,
I'm almost finished with my installation of a Hellwig rear sway bar on my X and I'm wondering about a torque for the end links. The instructions say 7/16" bolts are 35-45 ft lbs. I torqued the bolts that attached the tie rods to the frame to 35, but I'm not sure about the ends through the sway bar. Seems like 35 would just about destroy the bushings?
Any thoughts?
