Well, a full exhaust well help a bunch. You can make your own for tons less than that Bassani stuff.
A throttle body won't do a darn thing since your cylinder heads suck. All you will do is let more air into a restricted port. Huge EGR bumps in exhaust ports, 1.78/1.48 valves, just crap.
A Edelbrock intake will help a bunch since you have a 351W. The stock 302 intakes out flow a 351W intake bigtime. You can't use a 302 intake since the lower isn't wide enough.
A GMS meter is good but you can get a used Pro-M/Pro-Flow for tons less, that does the same thing.
Wires won't make you go faster, they just look cool and won't deteroriate with an MSD 6AL.
A Superchip just bumps timing and fuel, something you can easily do on your own. Get a timing gun, about 14* is good for street. Run 93 octane. Get and adjustable FP Regulator. 40-44 psi is plenty. 180* thermostat too.
Also a good TransGo shift kit will help your WOT shifts and part throttle ones. A Yank or Precision Industries torque converter will make it faster too. Get about 2600-2800 stall w/ 2.25-2.75 STR. You'll crap your pants how fast it will be with that converter.
I have on mine: headers, 2.5" y-pipe w/ 3" collector, 3" cat, 3" exhaust to Flowmaster 50 series, ASP underdrive pullies (crank, water, alt), K&N drop in w/o silencer and bottom of box cut-out. It is noticably faster and loud. I am gathering parts for a 392 for mine

GOOD LUCK with your speed bug.
