Which master cylinder

I'm working on an old ranch truck...1976 f250 highboy. I need to replace the MC but see there are two different MC's that were used. One for single piston and one for dual piston calipers. I have dual piston calipers but according to everything I see online, going by the images, my MC is configured like the ones for single piston calipers.

The visual difference I see according to all online images, the dual piston MC lines come out of the MC toward the drivers side fender and the single piston MC lines come out on the opposite side (toward the engine).

Has anyone seen this and which one should I use? I have no idea if in the life of this truck someone replaced something ( calipers or MC) with the incorrect part if that's possible.

I believe the orig. engine was a 390 but many years ago it was replaced with a 360.

Thanks for the help!

You're absolutely correct on the MC line routing, they differ between single and dual piston.

If you have dual piston calipers buy the correct MC and reroute your lines.

The dual piston MC has a 1.25" bore size and larger reservoir, the single piston MC has a 1" bore size and smaller reservoir.
