proper oil cap?

proper oil cap?
I believe I have the wrong oil cap on my 300-6 because the ones I have seen with the hole on top like mine are for a PCV but I already have a PCV on the valve cover. Can I use a cap that isn't considered a breather and has no ventilation? Or do I need one with the little holes on the bottom?
