Can someone post a pic of the dash in a 2010+ F-150 XLT after they have put in their new stereo I'd like to get a new one but would like to see a pic first.
Can someone post a pic of the dash in a 2010+ truck after they have put in their new stereo I'd like to get a new one but would like to see a pic first.
This is the Pioneer AVIC-F90BT that I put in my 2012 F-250 Super Duty
Nice, did the gray frame around the stereo come with the truck or the new stereo? What I am trying to do is see what a new stereo would look like in my truck since replacing the stock radio would radically change the appearance of that section of the dash. And I don't know if I would like that.

The gray frame is part of the installation kit needed for the installation of an aftermarket stereo and looks like this.
Hey, how did you get the Ford Emblem on your screen? Did it come that way? Looks killer also.
No, it didn't come that way. With the Pioneers you can change the start-up screen (what Pioneer calls the Splash Screen) to show whatever you want. Basically you just build whatever you want on your computer (in my case I got the images off the internet then added my own text). Then you get an SD card and create a folder named Pictures on the card, put what you created in this folder, put the SD card in the Pioneer, go to the system settings menu on the Pioneer, then select Splash Screen, then access the "pictures" folder you created then select your image and hit OK and that's it. Here's a closer look at the image I built for mine. Let me know if you have any other questions.
