Which kit to git?

With the SGII on and the FICM fixed, I see my deltas are terrible. It also has an oil leak where the rocker carrier sits on the head. I am looking at Performance Machine's kits. Do I forget about the leak and just get the oil cooler for $250; The oil cooler/EGR delete for $540 or break down and spend $1200 for all gaskets, studs, EGR delete and oil cooler? Momma's gonna throw a fit either way. I'm thinking about the cooler now and the rest later. I want to get that in now before I move my daughters back to college in a week and a half. I won't have time to do it all by then. Any thoughts or a consensus?

I would do the oil cooler, the bulletproof EGR cooler and forget the rest.

Depending on whats going on with your truck and how you use it should determine what route you take. I assume you have high deltas? Puking/losing coolant? White smoke? What are your symptoms.

I am doing Head Gaskets, EGR/Oil Cooler, and a Fan Clutch.

So far just high deltas, as in 25. No other symptoms - no white smoke or degas puking. I'm very **** about being proactive on repairs. I'd rather fix possible problems now than on the road or when I need the thing.

BPD egr cooler, OEM oil cooler.

if you haven't blown head gaskets, that will keep them unblown.

Ordered PMM's oil cooler. I will decide when I tear into it if EGR cooler is O.K. or not.
