Merced in between Fresno and Modesto the rear-end of Cali haha It seems like I have to rebuild the 37 year old FE..... sighs

Wow, someone who is actually in my neck of the woods. I wouldn't be of much help tho unless you can use a partially disabled old fart. Maybe with dis-assembly or re-assembly, but I couldn't help much with taking it out of the truck, or putting it back in. I don't do beer either.

I though LA was the rear end of Cali. That just makes you at the bottom part of the best half of California. We all know that everything south of Fresno is well....South. Merced it the gateway to Yosemite.

Watch ya needing? A hand pulling it out and sliding it back in afterwards? I've done it myself a number of times but I know how much easier (and safer) it is with two sets of hands.

Beer isn't really for me either I prefer the refer haha anyways change of plans does anyone have any FE block layin around?

Depending on which way you go. I have my gold claim up behind coulterville and the inlaws live up there too so I usually go up the old way (132).

And aren't all Californian's Green Club Card Carriers at least that what my kin back east think. Sorry no FE blocks. I have a set of 428 Heads, Intake, and a few other parts though. What you looking for? 390. I'll check around.

So what size engine you got in it now

360 or 390? 390 block with 428 crank you could build a nice 410
