Don, I'd totally tell her to lighten up...I really would, but she's kind of scary.

Just checking in this morning guys.

Workers showed up this morning and nailing hardi board up on the side that the bricks collapsed. Will have a minimum of brick this time not to cause as much damage if another storm hits. Electrical conduit from the transfer switch to the main box fell and took out the PVC pipe end going to the water connection for the hose. Had to shut the water off until getting that repaired. Will be so glad when this house is finished. Too much work in this area and workers are spread thin.

At least the weather is good..close to 80 degrees and partly cloudy.

Take care guys !!

I think it's odd that people reject the shots but then desire emergency hospital care.

My wife attended a retirement party today for someone that refused the shot. Long term co-worker. My wife has been working from home for 21 months. Shot still required.

I received my booster shot today and took my 88 year old mother with me for her booster. My mother is one of those perfect moms, that was placed on this earth to have kids. 50+ years ago when she took me to a doctor, we always stopped on the way home for Boy Blue ice cream cone or a McDonald's hamburger.

After our appointment today, we were sitting in the truck, at a local park, looking over the lake, both enjoying a Culvers strawberry sundae. I kind of flashed back to being 5 years old. She's still a pretty perfect mom.

I had my booster two or three weeks ago. Sore shoulder for a few hours, stomach felt “not right” the next day; after that nothing.

That's a great endorsement of your mother Bruce. If my mom had stopped for a treat every time we were on the way home from the doctor, my family would have been broke. I was a frequently flyer at the doctor's office. My mom is a saint. To put up with three boys and then a girl without any of us turning out too bad was a great thing. Everyone of us kids could have been on meds for ADD/ADHD.

A couple of photos of the school I'm building. Trying to beat the storm that coming in tonight. We had 50° today with strong winds. Tomorrow will be in the 20° While the mountains are getting blanketed with snow right now the valleys are getting rain that will change over to snow during the night. They are forecasting another nasty commute tomorrow.

Good morning guys!

Jon, school looks like it's coming along. Hope you beat the weather.

I feel bad for my daughter...she is stuck in the middle of her boyfriend's family wants her for Christmas and so does her family. We of course feel they are being unfair, and they of course think we are being unfair. There is a 5 hour hike to separate us. Doing both is not really an option especially if there is weather. She is moving there in 2 weeks. We are kind of surprised at their reaction, but at least they want her around .

If the weather comes through as forecasted, it will rain today (and wash the roads clean). Tomorrow windy and warmer (60*). I'll move the Challenger tomorrow late afternoon to Don's garage and the truck can go back in the garage for a few months. Fingers crossed.
