Good morning guys!

After a string of beautiful days my phone woke us up at 4:30 this morning. Potential flooding due to heavy rains today. Annual dermatology check up today for the melanoma skin cancer I had removed 4-1/2 yrs ago. Spent too much time in the sun as a kid and then working outside for years. Hope all the mom's had a great day yesterday and we celebrated at the youngest daughter's house. A little stiff from throwing the baseball with 7 yr old Brody who's becoming a pretty good ball player. Great pics Gerry as usual. Have a great week everyone!

So did your Mama have to spank your butt to get you to eat your veggies?

I ate 'em back then. I don't have to now. And you can't make me!

Good morning crew,

Andre, Sorry Linda is sick!

I started having a problem with my drivers mirror yesterday. The motor sounds like it is struggling a little, the mirror will move a little ways on its own. To fully retract or extend it I have to help it along.

Joke Time!

Dear Tech Support

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0. I noticed a slow down in the performance of flower and jewelry applications that had operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0

In addition, Husband 1.0 un-installed many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.9, but installed undesirable programs such as NFL 5.0 and NBA 3.0.

Conversation 8.0 no longer runs and Housecleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system. I've tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail. What can I do?

Desperate

***************************

Dear Desperate,

First keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an entertainment package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.

Try to enter the command: C:/ I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME and install Tears 6.2.

Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications: Guilty 3.0 and Flowers 7.0. But remember, overuse can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0, or Beer 6.1. Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will create SnoringLoudly.WAV files.

DO NOT install Mother-In-Law 1.0 or reinstall another Boyfriend program.

These are not supported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have a limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying additional software to improve performance. I personally recommend Hot Food 3.0 and Lingerie 6.9.

Good Luck,

Tech Support

Maybe a shot of silicone lubricant inside? I might do that as preemptive maintenance. I've done that on the grooves of window frames on older cars and it made a difference (after I cleaned the groove of course).

Great Joke Tim! Tear that mirror apart and rebuild it. There is somewhere in the tech folder where you can get metal gears to replace the plastic stock ones.

I don't think the gears are bad yet.... but I will look around for the gears. If you or anyone knows the link that would be great.
