Went camping for a few nights and missed lots of birthdays and anniversaries so Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary guys. Do like I did and get married on your birthday! Made 72 yrs old and 50 yrs of marriage on this past Nov 29th. Great football weekend for me since I've been a lifelong LSU and Saints fan!! Thank God the young 'uns know how to stream ESPN to the camper TV!!

Take care guys have to attend a family funeral for sister in laws mom who passed away a few days shy of her 101st birthday. Services will be held tomorrow. Have known this lady for 52 yrs.

Don - Sorry for your loss. I hope I make it to 100!

Roy - Yep - It's why Alaska is for me as well.

Gerry - Me too on the rain! At least the kids are off from school still so next week won't be that bad.

Dave and Joyce - Congrats on the new rig!

Switched back to ATT - couldn't deal with Verizon anymore. Broken promises, unable to do things they said they would do. I'm over it. Last straw was they shorted us on the bring your own device cards. I had them for over 15 years before I moved to AK. When we first moved Verizon was not in Alaska yet - prompting the first switch to ATT. We only switched out because the local carrier here (GCI) has a great bundle offer for unlimited cell and home data. GCI cell service kept dropping calls and I couldn't make calls from inside the house. In the end everything works out for a reason...

That is exactly what I did got married on my birthday. Not sure I'll make it 50 years, there is good chance of it though, I'll be 84 years old if I do.

Sorry for your loss. My condolences.

Seems like back in the 60's and 70's when dad had the contract with the Bureau of Reclamation for photography at Grand Coulee there were several businesses being pushed with that logo I remember eating in a Restaurant with dad that had that logo and you could watch the changing colored flood lights they shined on the water on the spillways while you ate..

It's certainly very good at bringing my productivity to a screeching halt. Today is training/certification. I'm easily distracted from that.
