I was at the dentist today. Hygienist shows me pictures of a molar that looks cracked and says it's probably going to require a crown. Admittedly, it looks kind of bad. The dentist, who talks Ford trucks with me, looks at it and says, "Nah, we'll wait on that." I'm going with the dentist's opinion.
You will know it when it needs a crown!
Teeth are quite expensive, so are not having any too! I am lucky to live close to one of the better dental schools in the country which has saved me a lot of money the last 2 years. Just had my 7th and hopefully final oral surgery with them last month to basically replace the whole top and half the bottom. Should be back to full strength with politician grade teeth in January for about 1/4 the private dentist cost.

Several ship wrecks in the area encompassed by this picture. One last year right where the wave is breaking over the tip. Angry Pacific Sea Foam blowing inland from the Pacific. Foam makes it look like it is snowing huge snow flakes.
